Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida unless otherwise agreed. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out within 30 days by sending written notice to:

AI Disclaimer

Some Evisat tools use AI to enhance service speed and functionality, but AI outputs may not always be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI for critical or legal decisions.

No Agency or Employment Relationship

These Terms do not create agency, partnership, or employment relationships. You cannot bind Evisat or make commitments on its behalf.

Assignment
